- To act as 1st level support to clients
- To assist clients for services offered by Nocser Technology
- To reply clients Email / support ticket
- To distribute support ticket to level 2 support team
- To assist clients on Domain registration and hosting sign-up
- To answer and reply to phone call related to sales and technical
