We will “soft shutdown” your machines by using a console cart and issuing an O/S shutdown. This will prevent any data loss or corruption.
Once your machine is offline, we will perform the maintenance and turn the server on again. Once your machine is back online, we do not estimate any further interruption. We will be performing the maintenance batched by cabinet.
