Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed as you are receiving this message is an advance notice of a urgent fault restoration work by TM which will affect to all local peering customers.
Details of the work description by TM as below:
Router: MSE01.BRF
Time: 12.30am (3/12/10) - 6.00am (3/12/10)
Estimated Outage Duration: 30mins to 1 hour
Description: To replace faulty card in MSE01.BRF which will affect all the peers below.
During the maintenance activity, you might facing the network downtime and may still be suffering loss of connectivity / intermittent connection to access local internet.
We will notify you once the maintenance activity done implemented by TM and ensure the network are fully restored
