There was a hard disk failure on our server12.nocser.net. Since the server is on RAID 1 mirroring configuration, we tried to replace the faulty Hard Drive with the new Hard Drive and hope to rebuild the RAID. However there were some error during rebuild RAID and cause both Hard drive corrupted. We had tried our best to recover the data included engage external expert. Unfortunately all recovery attempt were failed. We have no option but have to restore data from our backup server. The latest backup we currently have in our backup server was being created on 19th May 2011. Server12.nocser.net was restored with 19th May backup now. If you have any backup later than this, we are more than happy to help you restore for you.
I am sorry for the incident. We take more precaution in our future hard drive inventory.
