Recently there was a critical security advisory posted by our billing system software developers (WHMCS):-

Although we managed to upgrade our system in a timely manner, we have found some traces of attacks on our billing system, of which some of it may have been successful. While we are investigating further on the extent and impact of the intrusion, as a safety precaution, we strongly advise all our customers to change all their passwords in our systems, be it on the WHMCS billing system itself, or other accounts such as WHM/Cpanel, email, etc.
