Dear Valued Customer,

Due to a bug in the base SSL standard encryption software library (which is used by the whole Internet community), there is a possibility that your passwords used to log on to our sites have been compromised. We have since patched our systems with the latest bug fixed version, but due to the nature of this vulnerability, we advise you to change all your passwords via the usual means. This includes all you users's accounts within your hosted systems.

In addition to password reset, if you also maintain an SSL-enabled site or server, it is recommended to regenerate both the SSL private keys and certificates, as due to the nature of the bug, there is a possibility that the keys have been compromised. At the very least - if you decide to wait until certificate renewal, you should make sure the private key is regenerated before regenerating the new certificate request.

Thank you.
