Dear value customer
This is a announcement for 2 of our server reported down since 2.00am. We are trying our best to have the server back online. We will continue to update status here.
Basic timeline:
2.00am - Monitoring alert server not responding
2.05am - Plugin Monitor for troubleshoot and reboot
2.08am - Server hang during reboot on xenwatch process
2.10am - Hard reset and stand to boot up again
2.15am - Confirmed server online and running. Tech leave Datacenter
2.57am - Server pop up error NETDEV WATCHDOG cause networking service failed
4.25am - Request NOC to reboot
6.30am - Technician toward datacenter for further troubleshoot
7.30am - Technician atending server network
8.10am - Node back online
8.35am - 1 server back online
9.05am - sv2 is now up and running
9.15am - confirmed all network and server are stable
