Please be informed that MyIX will perform planned maintenance activity on 10G Fiber Module in AIMS node(KL) and the details as below:
Maintenance Window Start Date : 19 November 2015 05:00 GMT+8
Maintenance Windows End Date : 19 November 2015 06:00 GMT+8
Purpose :- MyIX will reset a 10G-Fiber Module in AIMS node (KL) to ensure reachability to new cards which were installed in AIMS node recently.
Service Impact : For user who using (TIME; TM; Global Transit; Swiftserve), connection through MyIX will down. Traffic will change to international traffic and user may face latency increase during the maintenance windows.
