AIMS IDC] Notification Planned TIC outage by Upstream Provider TATA from 17.11.2015 to 27.11.2015

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that our upstream provider TATA will perform Planned TIC outage Maintenance and the details as below:

Maintenance Window Start Date : 17 November 2015
Maintenance Windows End Date : 27 November 2015
Service Impact : Customers may face increase latency towards international destination.
Purpose :- Upstream will perform Repeater replacement between (Chennai-Singapore) in TIC cable system. TATA Backbone team is in coordination with their consortium partners for enhancing the capacity
