Please be informed that one of our international route upstream provider has announced a Urgent Maintenance activity that may affect the connectivity. The details are as below:
We will route the traffic to backup link before the migration to minimize the downtime but during we swap the physical cable still will have downtime.
During this period, all services (Smart Hands, installations, work visits, etc.) will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
Our NOC Team will ensure the network connectivity returns to normal and up running smoothly. We are rectifying the above to serve you better and your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
