Please be informed that one of our upstream provider has announced a Urgent Maintenance activity that may affect the connectivity. The details are as below:
Estimate Outage/Downtime: International traffic will experience intermittent for 15 minutes during the maintenance window
During this period, all services (Smart Hands, installations, work visits, etc.) will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
Our NOC Team will ensure the network connectivity returns to normal and up running smoothly. We are rectifying the above to serve you better and your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
