With effective from 5 April 2023, we will use e-mail as the primary 2FA setting for all .MY users. The 2FA will use the e-mail address associated with your SELFCARE account profile, so make sure that it's active and you can access it.
You may choose to change to Google Authenticator via your SELFCARE account. To use Google Authenticator as your 2FA, download Google Authenticator app from Google Playstore, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery.
SMS 2FA will still be presented as an option when performing nameserver change.
