- Documents required:
1. Registrant Company Business License (pdf format), the license should be within the period of validity. (.cn domain)
2. Registrant Company Certificate of Organization Code (pdf format). (.cn domain)
3. Business Registration (BR) Certificate issued by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of HKSARG or a copy of the Certificate of Registration of Overseas Company issued by the Company Registry (CR) of HKSARG (for Hong Kong company only)
4. Registrant contact's personal ID (both sides, pdf or jpeg format), contact person must be a Chinese citizen in either Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong and has a valid PRC personal ID.
- Contact information submitted must be tally and consistent with the supporting document (company name & registrant name). NOTE: If the document/ID are in Chinese, contact information submitted shall be in Chinese too.
