- Reseller to obtain Control Panel login from end customer
- Reseller shall confirm able to change DNS of the domain
- Reseller shall make sure the Domain is not lock for changes.
- Reseller to provide control panel login to us (Nocser.net) for verification
- Nocser shall inform reseller if migration cost required.
- Reseller agreed on the migration fee and make payment
- Reseller proposed a Saturday night for migration (depend on size after step 2)
- Reseller shall record down customer exiting Email Client (Outlook...) setting
- Reseller shall provide and educate customer with new email client setting after migration
- Nocser will perform migration according to scheduled Saturday
- Reseller Shall expect Nocser Email of successful migration
- Reseller shall change name server or DNS record such as A record, MX record on Sunday morning
- Reseller shall test verify website and email working as expected and update Nocser.net
- Reseller shall report if any issue found
- Customer shall change his Email clients (eg Outlook) first thing Monday morning according to the setting provided by reseller
